The general conference has helped me realize and remember this: I am a sinner, and I need a Savior, which was completely accomplished by Jesus Christ, who sacrificed his whole life so that I can repent. Repentance is a reward due to God's love for us. My everyday sins don't exempt me from God's love. I want to show my love back to him by loving all his sons and daughters, and loving him by following his commandments. The basic is CPR. In medical terms, CPR means cardiopulmonary resuscitation--a life-saving first aid technique used when someone has stopped breathing or their heart has stopped. For me, it means that C is church, P is prayer, and R is reading the word of God. The CPR is a way to keep my heart beating for God, like I am in love. It is cheesy, but I say these things out of my love and appreciation for my Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
